About Me
I design systems, experiences, and services with and for humans. At Public Policy Lab, where I’m currently a fellow, I work with government agencies and other partners to design policies and services that help the American public build better lives.
I have a background in customer experience, customer success, and sales in a lean startup environment. I studied Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design at the New School. While in school, I served as an Economic Development Fellow with Bloomberg Associates supporting mayors and their teams in North America, Europe, and Australia.
I am a quick thinker, scrappy problem-solver, and builder of teams with an empathetic leadership style. Like any good design researcher, I am extremely curious (read: nosy) and love talking to strangers. In my spare time, I make ice cream, run long distances, travel, take photos, and occasionally give Survivor-themed wedding speeches.
